Moorhead 4th Of July Fireworks

Moorhead Business Association Announces: Moorhead's 47^th annual, “Moorhead 4^th, Brighter together” Independence Day Celebration.

Moorhead, MN, 06/08/2020  — Moorhead Business Association (MBA) is continuing its 4^th of July tradition with this year’s theme being, “Drive up, or kick back and Tune in”. We are excited to announce that today, our new location will be at Horizon Shores 3801 24th Ave S Moorhead, MN 56560. MBA has partnered with Radio FM Media to broadcast special programming (BOB 95.1) corresponding with the fireworks, to be enjoyed wherever you may be in the city.

"We waited the whole year long for 4th of July fireworks. It was that important to us," said Fauzia Haider of Moorhead. Not only have the residents of Moorhead enjoyed our 46 year tradition, but surrounding communities also look forward to this event to make lasting memories.

"Making memories with kids, nothing else matters expect for making memories with your kids because that's something they'll remember," Steve Armstrong of West Fargo said.

Since 1973, MSUM fireworks has been the largest and most celebrated event on the east side of the river, and many of you may remember the fireworks show being at this location. However, MSUM was unable to host the even this year, but thanks to support from the City, Fire, Police and local businesses the show and tradition WILL go on!
